1. 32-bit high speed digital signal processor
Using 32-bit high speed 120MHz DPS of TI, and high performance 16-bit AD with 6 channels. The digital multiplier units with multiple functions and wide range of measurement was successfully developed by means of floating point computations.Therefore, the calculating accuracy can be guaranteed.
2. Wring simulation function
The various wiring methods can be simulated and obtain their corresponding results in office by the calibrator without connecting voltage or current signals.This function will be used as training materials and tools for training line inspection skills. Enable to greatly improve the inspection skills for on-site working staffs.
3. Error self-checking for 5A clamp
The 5A and 0.5A current signal will be generated and output to 5A and 100A clamp, in order to measure errors of the clamp. It solved error variation problem of 5A and 100A clamp after long time use, enabling the operator to understand the closure status of the clamp and remind staffs to clear the clamp jaw in time.
4. Super wide current measurement range
Up to 500 times current measurement range to ensure the measurement index. Up to 10000 times current display range. The minimum starting current is 1mA. Wiring can be identified even in No-load condition.
5. Accumulative function for electronic energy
To calibrate energy meter without electronic energy pulse output. Or it can be considered as the index of energy saving test.
6. Wireless inspection
Comprehensive inspection for the faults of on-site measuring system, checking the composite error of high voltage and low voltage.
Other features
1.Using 4.7 inches 16:9 TFT LCD screen, clear and good performance, high resolution, abundant information and rich content. Each function of the calibrator is displayed on one screen, no need to flip the screen to see all parameters of each function. It makes users absolutely clear about the calibrator during using..
2.The errors, voltage, current, active and reactive power, phase, frequency, and power factor can be measured simultaneously, also vector figure and wiring results will be displayed.
3. Without any adjustable resistor in the calibrator, all errors will be modified by software.
4.The ratio of the low voltage CT can be measured directly with 5A,100A, 500A, 1000A clamp. All faults, such as disconnection, poor connection of the secondary circuit of CT, short circuit of turns within CT, and CT nameplate ratio is consistent with CT actual turns ratio or not, etc. will be discovered.
5. Voltage and current harmonic from 2 to 21 times of A, B, C phase can be real-time measured to know the electricity quality of power grid.
6. The wave form of A, B, C three-phase voltage or current can be measured and displayed.
7. Wide supply voltage range from 45V to 480V.
8. All on-site input parameters and data can be user-defined. 1000 user's data can be downloaded.
