HPB-H Transformer Turns Ratio Tester TTR Tester
I. General Information
HPB-H is a hand-held device. It can accurately measure turns ratio, group and phase angle, which is suitable for all kinds of transformers such as Z type transformers, rectifier transformers, electric furnace transformers, phase-shifting transformers, traction transformers, scott and invert-scott transformers.
II. Function features
l 5.6inch TFT color LCD screen, intuitively display data and vector diagram.
l 3-phase testing at the same time. Single phase power input, with internal digital combination standard sine wave test source. It generates 3-phase test power (degree of distortion is less than 0.1%, degree of symmetry is better than 0.05%) by Hi-fi power amplifier. The test results have a better equivalence, and it won’t appear constituencies misjudgment.
l Both single phase measurement and 3-phase automatic test. It can measure polarity and phase angle under single phase or 3-phase test. One time complete the measurement of turns ratio, phase angle value, error, tap position, tap value of AB, BC, CA. Group number can be automatically identified.
l Phase angle measurement functions. Accurately measure the phase angle between high voltage and low voltage. It also can measure turns ratio and angle of “Non-integral point” transformers.
l Test results are displayed by figure and hexagonal vector, directly show the transformer connection group.
l No need to select connection way or connection group, it can measure Y/△, △/Y transformer without external short connection. It also can switch the connect ways according to the selected test items. Transformer without nameplate can be measured.
l Rapidly measure the turns ratio and ratio error of each tap changer position. Only input rated ratio one time, no need repeated input to calculate ratio error of each tap position.
l With functions of both turns ratio measurement and operation voltage ratio measurement. The operation ratio can truly reflect actual value of voltage ratio during operation.
l With good vibration resistance.
l The test source of this instrument is digital synthesis standard sine wave source. Distortion degree is less than 0.1%, not affected by power supply quality.
l Small size, light weight, easy to carry.
l Built-in high-capacity rechargeable Lithium-ion battery. Test can be completed without any power. One-time full charge takes more than 800times continuous measurement.
l Field calibration data can be saved, and the result can be transferred to PC by U disk.
