HPHL-200A Micro-Ohmmeter Loop Resistance/Contact resistance Meter
General Information
HPHL-200A Micro-Ohmmeter is widely used to measure loop resistance and contact resistance for weld joints, cables, and various HV switches within power industry. It uses intelligent power test system “Smart-Quick”, which is granted software copyright, and advanced detection technology.
Features
l With high test current, fully meet with national standard about contact resistance test;
l Quick and accurate measurement. Test current is produced by high precision switching type constant current power supply;
l Use four-terminal wiring method, effectively eliminate the interference produced by test cable resistance;
l With fast test speed, test data is uploaded to PC via USB port or Bluetooth;
l Long work time, over-heat protection circuit and open circuit protection are set to ensure instrument’s stable performance;
l User-friendly man-machine interface, simple and easy to operate;
l Wide measurement range for output current: 50A, 100A, 150A, 200A, other is customized;
l At 100A, max. test time can reach 1~999s, resistance up to 10mΩ, which meets various on-site applications;
l 4.7 inch large screen color LCD display, with high brightness, legible in the strong sunlight;
l Built-in thermal printer, easy to print data;
l Data can be saved both on the instrument and USB disk.
l With built-in 150μΩ standard resistor, real-time self-check on internal and external wiring condition to improve test reliability.
