HPPD-313M Portable Partial Discharge(PD) Detector/Tester/Test
BASIC INFO

HPPD-313M Portable Partial Discharge(PD) Detector/Tester/Test

General information

TEV and AE method is acknowledged and suitable technology to be used in online partial discharge detection.

HPPD-313M integrates two detection modes of transient earth voltage (TEV) and ultrasonic (AE). It can detect the potential destructive partial discharge activities of 3-66KV medium and high voltage switchgear very simply. Regular use of GDPD-313M PD tester to check the switchgear in operation can effectively check the risk of switchgear failure and the trend of partial discharge caused by insulation aging during equipment operation, and timely formulate maintenance plan to avoid fault expansion. GDPD-313M is equipped with snake-shaped ultrasonic sensor and ultrasonic wave collector. It can also detect partial discharge of power equipment such as cable, motor, dry-type transformer and distribution line.

Features

1.Simultaneously integrate the two methods of TEV and AE to facilitate on-site use. It can detect various discharges in electrical equipment such as medium and high voltage switchgear (3~66kV) and is suitable for many different types of power equipment.

2.With the color LCD screen and the combination of graphics and digital display, users can know directly whether the partial discharge exceeds the standard.

3.Built-in imported ultrasonic sensors; electrical faults generate ultrasonic waves at the fault point, listen to the ultrasonic signals of partial discharge through earphone in the ultrasonic mode, scan an area by the method of checking leakage. Various characteristic vibrations, pops, and buzz can be associated with different faults.

4.Built-in high-precision TEV sensor, coupled with electromagnetic signals generated by partial discharge, to identify potential internal discharge failure risks.

5.In Ultra Mode, the main interface displays the partial discharge amplitude (dBuv), and uses the yellow, green and red colors to prompt the severity of the partial discharge.

6.In TEV Mode, the main interface displays the partial discharge amplitude; the number of pulses, the total number of pulses and the discharge intensity level in each power frequency cycle.

7.The partial discharge can be monitored and located by the attached earphone, at the same time, the volume of the earphone can be adjusted at any time.

8.Powered by rechargeable lithium battery, continuous working for more than 6 hours.

9.True color LCD display, real-time battery power prompt; physical film button is easy to use and equipped with external high-fidelity noise reducing earphone.

10.Ultrasonic wave and transient earth wave (TEV) are used to detect the partial discharge of high-voltage switchgear. The unit is dbmv. The combination of contact measurement and non-contact measurement (hand-held ultrasonic receiving antenna) can be qualitative, quantitative and positioning.

11.Portable design, small and light, the instrument only weighs 0.25kg, easy to use, and the equipment does not need to be powered off during the detection process.

12.It can also detect partial discharge of power equipment such as cables, motors, dry-type transformers and distribution lines.

13Equipped with a snake-shaped probe ultrasonic sensor, it can detect partial discharge of hard-to-reach detection parts.(optional)

14.Equipped with an ultrasonic wave collector, it can detect the surface insulation poor discharge of long-distance transmission and distribution lines.(optional)
