General Information
HPM-16 Generator Characteristic Comprehensive Test System is based on the industrial portable machine structure, with high-performance DSP, high-precision ADC chip, embedded operating system as hardware and software architecture, which integrates data collection, processing, transmission, storage, analysis and other functions as one portable device.
DSP acquisition chip is used for data acquisition and calculation, so as to realize full digital analog signal filtering. Flexible and diverse sampling frequencies from 10K/s, 20K/s, 50K/s, 100k/s can be selected by users, and can be used for waveform recording and analysis of transient electrical signals.
Using advanced industrial control kernel, combined with embedded operating system, users can easily perform data storage, backup, analysis, export and other operations.
The generator characteristic comprehensive test system is a smart instrument that integrates functions such as fault recording and generator characteristic test. It is favored by the majority of users for its small size, strong function, wide application range, flexible configuration and many other advantages.
Features
Fault recording: It can monitor the working parameters in the access equipment and complete the data recording and fault data analysis during the fault;
Real-time monitoring: the device can realize analog quantity and switch quantity real-time monitoring and display functions;
Calculation amount: active power, reactive power, frequency, positive sequence, negative sequence, zero sequence, vector sum (difference) and phase angle, etc., and display the generated calculation amount in real time;
Generator total start electrical test: generator characteristic test can be completed, including generator no-load test, generator short-circuit test, main excitation no-load, load test, etc .; excitation test, including zero boost test, de-excitation test, 10% step test, etc .; simultaneous test; other tests required by the user.
This instrument can be used for online monitoring of key equipment in power systems or other industries; it can also be used as a portable instrument for monitoring and analysis of the failure of various industrial equipment; or use its data processing and calculation capabilities as a data source to provide real-time data for other system.
