Product Overview
HPIR-1000L SF6 gas infrared thermal imaging leak detector is an instrument and equipment independently developed by our company for visually detecting SF6 gas leakage in the power industry. The instrument is designed with the principle of infrared focal plane method to ensure the test sensitivity and reducibility of the instrument. The instrument design is simple and reliable, the test sensitivity is high, the image is clear, and it can accurately and quickly find the SF6 gas leakage point of the electrical equipment at the work site.
Instrument Composition
HPIR-1000L SF6 gas infrared imaging leak detector is mainly composed of the following six parts: host, tablet computer, lens, battery, tablet computer bracket and tripod.
Component Function
1. The host is used to collect and process optical signals, and convert them to obtain a continuous signal group that can be recognized by the software on the tablet computer.
2. Tablet PC install video software. Receive the video signal group sent by the host and restore it to visual video.
3. The battery provides power to the host and can be removed and replaced
4. Tablet PC bracket to fix and connect the host and tablet PC
5. Lens to collect infrared optical images
6. Tripod stabilizes the host so that it does not shake during testing
