Product Overview
SF6 gas (sulfur hexafluoride) is a non-toxic, inert, high insulation strength and high thermal stability of insulation and arc extinguishing gas.
As an important medium in the electric power industry, it is used in enclosed medium high voltage switch products as arc extinguishing and insulation.
The maintenance vehicle is designed to recover SF6 gas from the gas chamber for purification, storage, vacuum pumping and filling of SF6 gas. During each recovery and inflation process, SF6 gas goes through a special filter to dry and purify the gas to ensure the qualified rate of the recharging gas quality.
The maintenance vehicle adopts ball valve operation to ensure quick installation and maintenance of gas chamber and stable operation of all functions.
During the process of gas chamber recovery, liquid SF6 to cylinder is directly filled externally. Thus, on-site use of this product is more efficient.

Enclosed type high pressure oil free compressor (15 m3 / h, maximum exhaust pressure 50 bar). It has the advantages of high exhaust pressure, no oil lubrication, no appearance of moving parts, etc., and ensures no leakage from the principle, and highly efficient operation is completely guaranteed.
